We’re looking for a passionate Sales Engineer with about 2 years of experience in software or IT services sales to join our Bengaluru team. You’ll play a key role connecting our technical products with client needs—helping businesses succeed with our ERP and IT services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Teaming up with our sales crew to show clients how our ERP software and IT services can make a real difference.
  2. Listening closely to client challenges and coming up with tailored solutions that fit their unique needs.
  3. Participate in RFPs, client meetings, and product presentations.
  4. Giving live demos, preparing presentations, and helping us win business by answering technical questions in a clear and helpful way.
  5. Working closely with our product and support teams to keep improving what we offer.
  6. Keeping up with the latest trends and sharing insights that help us stay ahead.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
  8. Occasionally traveling to meet clients and attend industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in software or IT services sales, preferably with ERP and Managed IT Services domain exposure.
  2. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex ERP software solutions.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  4. Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations and demos.
  5. Ability to develop client-focused solutions by understanding customer requirements.
  6. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is preferred.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
  8. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
  10. Degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
